As a freelance assistant and entrepreneur, I always keep a close eye on market trends. One recent news item particularly caught my attention — and, I admit, excited me: in 2024, Switzerland set a new record for business start-ups.

According to official figures from SECO, 50,015 new businesses were founded in 2024—an increase of 2.6% compared to the previous year. It's a figure that speaks volumes about the entrepreneurial energy currently driving the country.

More companies = more work

Every new structure that is created needs organisation, administrative clarity, efficient time management, rigorous coordination and, often, visible communication. These are all areas in which we excel.

Young companies want to move forward quickly, without burdening their internal structure. They are looking for partners they can trust, capable of adapting to their reality and supporting them on a day-to-day basis. Without the constraints of a salaried position, of course. And that's where we come in!

As freelancers, we offer flexibility, responsiveness and a tailor-made service, while providing real expertise. Our model is tailored to meet the needs of today's entrepreneurs: those who want to remain agile, delegate intelligently and focus on their core business.

Today, outsourcing is no longer a luxury reserved for large organisations. It has become an intelligent and accessible strategy, including for the self-employed and SMEs. This paradigm shift paves the way for smoother, more humane and often more effective collaborations.

This new record for business start-ups is not just a statistic: it's a strong signal that our profession has everything it takes to prosper. So yes, it's time to dare, to position ourselves, and to show just how much of a difference our support can make.
