Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) apply to all orders placed on the Online Shop operated by Jenna Zabrescak Freelance Assistant and govern the contractual relationship between Jenna and her customers.

Conclusion of the Contract
A sales contract is concluded as soon as the customer clicks on the "Buy" button or a similar button on the Assistantfreelance.ch website. Essential information such as the object of the sale, the purchase price, and the sales conditions must be clearly indicated and accepted by the customer before the contract is concluded

Right of Withdrawal - Swiss Law for E-commerce
In accordance with Swiss law, no right of withdrawal or return is granted once the order is placed.

Delivery Time
As the items are downloadable, no physical delivery takes place. The customer receives a download link by email after confirming the order.
Warranty
The Seller guarantees that the items are in accordance with the description on the Online Shop and free from hidden defects.

Intellectual Property
Jenna Assistante Freelance holds all intellectual property rights to the items. The customer undertakes not to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or use the items without the prior written authorization of Jenna Assistante Freelance.

Liability
Jenna Assistante Freelance shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the customer's use of the items.

Prices and Payment Terms
The prices of the items are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) inclusive of all taxes (VAT). The indicated price corresponds to the total price to be paid by the customer, including download fees.
Payment is made by credit card and is secured by WIX PCI DSS standard.

Data Protection
Jenna Assistante Freelance undertakes to comply with Swiss data protection legislation. Customer's personal information is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

Disputes
In the event of a dispute arising from a consumer contract, the consumer may bring an action in either their place of domicile or that of Jenna Zabrescak Assistante Freelance. The consumer cannot waive this right in advance.

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.

Changes to the TCS
Jenna Assistante Freelance reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The new Terms and Conditions of Sale will come into effect upon their publication on www.assistantefreelance.ch.
